Meet your support group leader

Hi, I’m Deena. Welcome!

I’ve lived with migraine since I was just three years old. By the time I was 20, my attacks had become chronic, deeply impacting every part of my life. I know firsthand the stigma, isolation, and emotional toll that migraine can bring—and I also know the life-changing power of connecting with people who truly get it.

In 2023, I became a certified Chronic Pain Support Group Leader through the U.S. Pain Foundation, and in 2025, I completed my certification as a Health and Wellness Coach. Through my own experiences, I found not only healing, but also a deep passion for helping others who are navigating life with chronic illness.

I believe healing isn’t just about treatment plans or medications—it’s also about being seen, heard, and understood. If you’ve ever felt alone in this journey, know this: you’re not. I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s walk this path together.
