Our Story
The Migraine Network was founded by Deena Migliazzo, who has lived with migraine since the age of 3, with attacks becoming chronic at age 20. After years of searching for effective treatment and understanding, she discovered that support groups were a lifeline during the most difficult moments of her migraine journey. The connections, shared experiences, and genuine understanding found in those groups provided her with hope and healing in ways that traditional medical treatment could not. She discovered a passion for helping others in their migraine journey which led her to get trained to lead her own support groups through Miles for Migraine.
The Migraine Network was established in 2025 with the goal of providing ongoing, accessible peer support and resources for others navigating life with migraine and chronic illness. Deena’s vision for The Migraine Network is about building a community where people feel truly heard and understood—a space where they can connect one-on-one, find helpful resources, and share their experiences with others who genuinely understand.
